ABOUT

Upgarding of a 3-storey Ancestral Tablet Building and a 1-storey pavilion at Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery. The work includes erection of an external glass lift with sheltered drop-off point for easy acess by the elderly devotees, a new pavilion and covered link-ways, a kiosk as well as rain prevention enforcement works to the existing 3 storeys Ancestral Tablet Building and 1-storey pavilion. To upgrade the old buildings to meet the latest fire safety code including upgrading of the existing staircases to fire rated escape staircases, installation of fire alarm system and fire engine accessway.
